It does not describe the data practices of every QWWA mobile app, including any app that may be released in the future. What this covers
QWWA publishes this static website at qwwa.com to provide information about its apps, policies, and support. The site has no user accounts, portfolio uploads, or on-page tracking scripts. This notice covers ordinary website visits and email correspondence with info@qwwa.com. It is not a set of terms for QWWA’s mobile apps.
Website access logs
Our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical access logs when you visit, including your IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, referring page, and error or security events. These logs help deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website. They are not the saved positions in DCA Calculator or information entered into an app.
Support emails
If you email us, we receive your email address and the details you choose to send so we can respond. Please name the app or website page your message is about. Do not include passwords, sensitive financial details, or a full portfolio in a support email.
Use and sharing
Website logs may be handled by the hosting provider to operate and protect the site. Support correspondence is used to address inquiries and may be handled by our email provider as part of delivering messages. We do not use this site to access portfolio positions saved in DCA Calculator. Providers have their own data-handling practices.
Retention
Website access logs are retained according to the host’s operational and security practices; we do not promise a fixed log-retention period. Support correspondence may be kept as needed to handle a request and maintain a record of the response.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send a support email. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain processing or contact a data protection authority.
