Where are my saved positions stored?
Saved portfolio positions and purchase history live in the app’s local storage on your device. There is no account or portfolio server. If you remove a position or uninstall the app, we cannot retrieve it for you. Device backup settings may affect copies held by your device provider.
Does the app show live stock prices?
No. DCA Calculator works with the purchase information you enter. It does not show live market quotes, make recommendations, or offer investment advice.
Why do I see ads?
The free mobile app is supported by non-personalized Google AdMob banner ads. Google and its partners may process data to deliver and measure those ads. You can read the details in the DCA Calculator Privacy Policy.
How do I manage ad privacy choices?
Where a consent form is required and the option is available, open the mobile app’s Settings and select “Manage Ad Privacy Choices.” You can also review your device’s advertising and tracking settings.
What should I include in a support email?
Tell us which app you are asking about. For a DCA Calculator issue, include your device and app version, what you were trying to do, and what happened. You can find the version in the app’s Settings. Please avoid sending sensitive financial details or full portfolio information.
